Volleyball players need exceptional jumping ability, strong vertical leaps allow players to get above the net for defense and scoring hits. Jumping ability also can improve serves by creating power and better hits. Agility will allow players to have short explosive movements and sharp reflexes to dig balls off the court and transition between offense and defense. The Speed Pursuit System will create the total athlete, strong legs, improved endurance and strong shoulders and arms to generate the whipping action needed to drive the ball and dominate the opposition.
