STRENGTH TRAINING

Our athletes are instructed and monitored to execute strength exercises which improve muscular endurance, lean muscle, reduce body fat and improve force production and output. The Speed Pursuit Strength Program will teach prehab and rehab exercises to ensure range of motion, joint stability and flexibility. A progressive system is used beginning with body weight which leads to the use of training tools like resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbell, barbells, chains and much more. All lifts are supervised and assessed in order for constant improvement, proper technique and athlete safety. Speed Pursuit athletes will learn:
