Policies and Procedures


1) We are by appointment only.

      a. All athletes need to be scheduled for their classes in advance.

2) 24 hour notice must be given to answering service or the staff if you cannot make your class. Failure to do so will result in one class session being deducted from your package.

3) All packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the package or chosen classes.

4) We accept Visa, Master Card, checks and cash.

5) There will be a returned check fee or $20.00 for in sufficient funds.

6) Daily sign in is mandatory for every session.

7) All individual packages are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. This excludes team packages.

8) Individuals cannot train unless full payment has been made.
