Athletic Training
High School Athletes will have the opportunity to take their performance in their respective sport to levels they never knew they could reach. We have designed a specific Off -Season Strength, Speed and Conditioning Program to have you at the top of your game when the season rolls around.
Workouts are 60 minutes long with the first portion dedicated to Speed and Agility and the second to Strength and Power and Conditioning.Our High School Athletes have experienced:
- 6 inch improvement in Vertical Jump
- Earning Division 1 Scholarships
- Running the fastest 40 yard dash in their lives
- Turning the heads of many college coaches at showcases
- Getting through their season for the first time injury FREE
- 9 pound loss in body fat
- Getting in the best shape of their lives!
